We are in need of Ministers of Hospitality

This ministry is a combined ministry

of Greeters and Ushers

Responsibilities include:

Greeting church attendees as they enter our space

Helping with attendees with special needs and/or seating

Opening Doors

Helping to find individuals/families to bring up the Gifts during the Collection

Taking Collection - and placing into collection bag and depositing into black drop box

Directing/Ushering the dismissal of pews for Communion

Opening doors and handing out bulletins after Mass.

Once you have signed up to be a Minister of Hospitality

you will receive an email with a user name and password to our new 

Ministry Scheduler called Ministry Scheduler Pro (or MSP)
