Who can go on a Quest Retreat? Freshman and Sophomores
What is Quest?
Quest is a two-day Catholic retreat for students in high school. On Quest, you will learn more about yourself,
your relationships with family/friends, and your relationship with God. Students who have attended a previous Quest will lead.
Quest includes group discussions, games, prayer, and talks where teens and adults share their lives.
Teens stay overnight at the the Villa Maria Retreat Center in Springfield, Illinois along with several Adult Leaders.
What Will It Be Like?
Quest starts when participants leave MBVM school parking lot at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb 29th
and ends when they are dropped back off in the MBVM school parking lot at approximately 7:00 p.m. Sunday March 1st.
What Is The Cost?
$70 covers the cost of lodging, meals for 2 days, transportation to Springfield and entertainment
What to Bring?
- Everyone is allowed to bring one bag of luggage
- Toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, etc.),
- Casual, but modest clothes for 2 days
- Outdoor wear including coat, hat and gloves (we will be outside for an hour for a few activities)
- A snack to share
- Do NOT bring any valuables or money
