Use of Photographs/Videos for Marketing Purposes Permissions:

Videos and or/photos may be taken during this event. By checking this box I give permission to use the participants image in video and/or photos which may be used for future promotional efforts.

Payment:

I understand that a $200 deposit payment must be made for a spot to be reserved on this trip. Additional payments of $400 each will be due on May 26th and September 22nd. If you need to cancel your participation for any reason (before September 22, 2026), please contact Chris Lord. After September 22, 2026, deposits are not refundable.
