: We are happy to know you have been a participant on Quest and hoping that you can return as a leader sharing your gifts with your peers and new retreatants. Being a leader for Quest requires a commitment of time and energy. Leaders should:
*Pray. Prayer should be an important part of your life (attend Mass, pray on a regular basis, etc.)
*Be recognized among your peers as a person of integrity who lives out Christian Values
*attend 2-3 team meetings (1-2.5 hours) prior to the event
*be a current Freshman or Sophomore and have attended Quest as a retreatant.
: We are looking to balance the team with a mix of students from different groups within Maternity BVM Parish and balance the personalities of the team leaders, i.e. we can't have all introverts or all extroverts on the same team.
